Why?

Heya, you're probably on this page because i told you about it. If thats the case I most likely also told you why it exists. If thats however not the case, I'd firstly be very pleasently surprised and secondly tell you about my reasoning. Not that it matters...but I love talking. That being the first reason. Basically i decided social media has too much of a negative influence on my psyche and deleted it. But i love sharing things. Boom. Website. Thanks for visiting, love you xx

Who?

What?

I tend to talk about everything and anything. Probably just alot of life stories, art, theatre and mental health thoughts. Thoughts in general. ....Alot of thoughts.... And pretty pictures :)

The Name:

"SpaceBugs" sets itself together from my facination for both space and bugs. But its more than that. On most of my other socialmedia pages (they're pretty much all inactive) i called myself "marienkaeferimall". Mainly because "Marienkäfer", which is the german word for Ladybug, includes my name. And i love Ladybugs. Obviously that username was already preoccupied by other people, so I had to get creative. I landed on "marienkaeferimall" (translates to: ladybug(s)inspace) quite quickly, because i love space and thought the idea of little ladybugs floating around in space was cute (assuming they'd stay alive ofcourse). I ended up really liking that name and using it for a bunch of things but i thought it was a bit too long for a domain, so i decided on "spacebugs", which still has the same origin and also sounds quite cute in my opinion.
